Cuckoo International (MAL) Bhd has signed an underwriting agreement with RHB Investment Bank Bhd and AmInvestment Bank Bhd for its IPO on Bursa Malaysia's Main Market.
West River Bhd has also secured an underwriting agreement with M&A Securities for its IPO on the ACE Market.
Analysts project a 16% premium on Wawasan Dengkil Holdings Bhd's fair value ahead of its ACE Market listing on March 25, with its IPO priced at 25 sen per share.
Capital A Bhd (CAPITALA) aims to exit its PN17 status by May 2025, following shareholder and High Court approval for its regularisation plan.
Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd (KERJAYA) has secured a RM51.03 million contract for piling and earthworks in Penang.
