Sunway Construction Group Bhd (SUNCON) is expected to secure RM1 billion in contracts from a partnership in Johor Bahru.
Gateway Development Alliance Sdn Bhd (GDA) plans to acquire all dissenting shares of Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (AIRPORT) at RM11 each.
Sunway Bhd (SUNWAY) has secured a prime location in Johor for a transit-oriented development.
Shares of Dialog Group Bhd (DIALOG) fell sharply after reporting a net loss of RM129.49 million for Q2 ended Dec 31, 2024, down from a profit of RM148.288 million in the same period last year.
LPI Capital Bhd (LPI) reported a net profit increase to RM377.09 million for FY2024, despite a 6.24% drop in Q4 profit due to investment losses.
